Today I went to gym during the night.I first did the sauna and after sauna I went to the machine ,I did the skii walking for a while then did the tread mill walking for one hour.I was reading while doing the work out ,I feel so relax thats why I didnt lose much..I read this book about stress.I want to share some paragraph..
SIMPLIFY YOUR LIFE.

Keep it simple !That is the "Mantra"(word)which can help you reduce stress and tension .

MARCH 8 and 9 2011 Gym story
March 8,tuesday went to gym during the night .I was at home day time busy in creating video and photo designing.I just did some swimming and sauna in the gym.
March 9 wednesday,I went to gym in the morning,I felt that there is some earthquake while im in the sauna .I saw people walking in the shower room but no one reacts so seems every thing is under control .
Went road cycling during the afternoon,the hay fever is very common this time of year(Hay fever (or hayfever) also known as allergic rhinitis, is a common condition that shows signs and symptoms similar to a cold with sneezing, congestion, runny nose and sinus pressures) .This is an allergy makes us feel uncomportable.

Today am so very lazy.Its raining here with bit snow falling.I went to gym carrying a lazy feelings.I am moving so relax.I brought some books to read while doing the work out.I need to do gym because my body is getting heavier ,and feelings bad..

March 4 the gym is close.Every friday gym is not open thats why close.LOL

Sunday March 6,I had lunch with Sis.Medz I ate too much this day thats why I gained some weight ..

Today is my one month since I started going to gym..
Today I went to gym from 21:00..I started from the skii walking machine for 40min. I wear winter clothes to sweat more .After the skii walking I did swimming .I can feel that i can swim .lol
